1. Services
NoBiggie provides Klaviyo email marketing services for Shopify brands. Our service includes email flow setup, campaign management, list segmentation, and performance reporting. The specific scope is agreed upon during onboarding.
2. Subscription & billing
- Price: €3,000 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.
- Billing cycle: Starts on your subscription date and renews monthly.
- Payment method: Credit or debit card via Stripe.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry according to Stripe's retry schedule. Service may be paused after 3 failed attempts.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
- To cancel, email hello@nobiggie.io or message us on WhatsApp.
- Upon cancellation, we will transfer all Klaviyo assets (flows, templates, segments) to your full ownership.
4. Client responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide Klaviyo collaborator access within 48 hours of onboarding
- Respond to onboarding questionnaires and feedback requests in a timely manner
- Ensure your email list was collected in compliance with applicable laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Not use our services to send spam or unsolicited emails
5. Results disclaimer
While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Case studies and projections shown on our website are illustrative and based on typical results — actual performance depends on your brand, audience, product, and market conditions.
6. Intellectual property
- Email templates, flows, and copy created for you become your property upon delivery.
- Our proprietary processes, tools, and methodologies remain NoBiggie's property.
- You grant us permission to use anonymized performance data for case studies (we will never share your brand name without written consent).
7. Limitation of liability
NoBiggie's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to: revenue data, customer lists, marketing strategies, and pricing.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
